The United Arab Emirates is aiming to turn the Gulf state into a tourism hub for which the multiple-entry visa scheme has been introduced which is valid for all the nationalities for five years.
The Dubai media office has tweeted referring to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who is the prime minister and the ruler of Dubai. The Dubai media has tweeted saying, “#UAE Cabinet chaired by @HHShkMohd, approves new amendment for tourists visas in #UAE.”
The tweeted also read, “The new tourist visa will be valid for 5 years and can be used for multiple entries and is open for all nationalities.”
Prior to the introduction of the scheme, the travelers from Africa, few South American countries, the Arab states outside the Gulf, & European states from outside the European Union and former Soviet Union, would need visas.
Dubai is to host Expo 2020 which is a big-budget global trade fair, in October which will be held in a 438-hectare are which is located between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
