The six bikers from Vancouver in Canada, who are part of Sikh Motorcycle Club Canada, have decided to go for a very special world tour.
In an attempt to spread Guru Nanak Dev’s message and philosophy that all humans should be treated equally without taking into account their position in the society, the six bikers will be riding their bikes from the UK to wait for it…Amritsar. They also aim to raise funds for Khalsa Aid International so that the organization can continue to help people all over the world.
Guru Nakanak Dev was the founder of Sikhism and one of the first lessons he propagated was of universal humanism. The year 2019 marks the 550th birth anniversary of the first Sikh guru.

According to the plan, the tour will take a total of 45 days to complete. The bikers will be crossing multiple cities and countries before entering Turkey and then finally making their way to Nankana Sahib which is Guru Nanak Dev’s place of birth in Pakistan. The tour will end at Harmandir Sahib in Amritsar.
