VISA issues have been very prevalent in countries but India has time and time improved their means to bring forth better involvement of the international tourists for better economic growth of the country. Owing to the significant relaxations in its e-VISA policy, the same is going to make it a lot easier for the Chinese nationals to visit India without much issues.
The Indian embassy in Beijing issued their official statement saying, “October 2019 onwards, Chinese nationals can apply for an e-Tourist visa (e-TV) of a 5-year validity with multiple entries. The visa fee for this 5-year multiple entry e-TV will be USD 80.”
From October 2019 onwards, the Chinese nationals will have the authority to apply for an e-tourist VISA extending to the 5-year validity with multiple entries. This will ease better tourism in the country and also ensure that the growth is salient without any kind of persistent obstruction through the process.
In addition to that, it has also been suggested that the prospective tourists involved in this can avail a single entry 30-day valid e- tourist VISA at a much reduced price point of USD 25 which will further be reduced down to USD 10 during the months of April to June because of the lack of tourism and interaction in it.
Along with the tourist VISA, the additional e-medical VISA, e-conference VISA along with the business VISA will be wavered and issued from the online platforms of the Indian VISAs.
The authorities are expecting that this unilateral liberalization of the tourist VISA for the Chinese nationals with further improve the trade and people to people interactions between the two countries and even encourage more of the Chinese tourists to visit India and explore the spot around.
