US President-elect Joe Biden appointed Indian American Mala Adiga as Jill Biden’s policy director.
Mala Adiga worked for a Chicago Law firm and then joined the campaign of Barack Obama in 2008. Adiga has experience in serving as advisor to Jill and she also played the role of senior policy advisor for Biden’s president campaign. In the past, Adiga worked as a director at Biden’s foundation for Higher Education and Military Families.
Biden announced Mala Adiga’s name for Policy Director when he appointed the four new members of his White House. The additional new members of the White House team got an applaud the “dedication” applaud from Mr.Biden. He said, the members will serve the Americans and build the equitable and United nation.
During the Barack Obama’s rule, Adiga served as the deputy assistant secretary of state for Academic Programs at the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
President Joe Biden said, “I’m proud to name additional members of our team who will help deliver the change America needs in these difficult times. Their dedication to overcoming the challenges facing our country today are rooted in their diverse backgrounds and experiences.
