Indian dentist succumbs to death due to Covid-19 in Kuwait

An Indian-origin dentist died because of Covid-19 complications in Kuwait, reporting as the second medical fatality because of the disease. The news was reported in a Kuwait daily, Al Qabas.

The deceased, Dr Bevara Vasudeva Rao, who was 54-years old, died due to the complications that rose because of Covid-19. He passed away while in intensive care at Jaber Hospital.

Dr Rao has been a resident of Kuwait for the past 15 years and has been working as and endodontist. He has also been working as a dental surgeon in the Ahmadi Hospital in Kuwait.

The first medical fatality reported in Kuwait was of Dr Tareq Hussain Mokheimer who also died because of the disease. He was aged 62-years old and had been working in Kuwait for the past 20 years.
