According to the media reports,an Indian origin teenager has become a youngest millionaire in UK by selling houses through online business, while operating it in school lunch breaks.
According to the report published in the Daily Mirror, 19-year-old Akshay Ruparelia collected his wealth by negotiating large property deals on his mobile.
He also hired a call center service for his venture, www.doorsteps.co.uk, which has become a 12 million pounds company in just one year. He has sold the houses worth 100 billion pounds through the business.

The popularity for the initiative grew too rapidly and became the 18th biggest estate agency in the UK within 16 months after it went online. The company had started from 7,000 pounds, which Ruparelia loaned from his relatives and currently has around 12 employees.
Akshay, who has plans to expand this business further, has put on hold on his plan to study economics and management in Oxford University.
