Breast Exercise

Lots of physical changes occur due to pregnancy. Women’s figure totally changes during pregnancy. She gains body weight during pregnancy. There are various problem that women have to handle after pregnancy like pregnancy scars, sagging breast, weight gain, overeating, etc. Sagging breast after pregnancy is a common problem among woman. Due to lack of time most of the ladies do not care about their body and it starts resizing and gain weight. During pregnancy, a woman’s breast grows larger and heavier as it is filled with milk. Lots of changes occur with breast during pregnancy. As we cannot stop breast from being sagged, but we can control it by doing breast exercise and taking proper care before and after pregnancy.

Due to change in hormones during pregnancy, physical changes occur in the women’s body. Only breastfeeding is not the reason of sagging breasts. Sagging of breast starts with the beginning of pregnancy. Every woman has different physique and different recovery tissues. In some women it automatically gets back in same size. For some woman, after increasing the size it will never come back to its original shape. According to Dr. William T. Stoeckle, “The problem with sagging breasts is usually a combination of two issues: 1. Loss of volume to the breast and 2. Loss of elasticity of the skin that holds the breast tissue up.”

1Hold your breast while feeding

While breastfeeding mothers do not care about the direction and position of the feeding. Whenever you feed the baby, keep in mind to use both sides equally. If you feed your child from one side, it may shrink towards one side. Because sucking one side every time by the child will affect the size of the breast. While feeding, always hold the breast gently. Suppose you are feeding from left, then keep the head of the baby on the left arm and hold the breast with right hand gently. It will prevent the breast tissue from increasing in size.

2Exercise

Too much exercise is not recommended to the woman during pregnancy. Because it may fill the breast with chemicals that may lead to breast cancer and may harm the baby while feeding. Do little exercise and start with 5 to 10 pushups for a day. While doing pushups do not put too much stress on the knees. Start with pushups in a childish style by keeping knees on the floor. Gradually increase the numbers and follow the proper style of exercise.

3Moisturize

Massage is the best way to handle the breast size. You can gain the size and decrease the size, which depends on the position or the way in which you are doing the massage. Massage gives you the exact shape of the breast. Use olive oil, coconut oil or various varieties of other oil, which moisturizes your skin and can aid the elasticity, elasticity of breast skin and production of collagen. While doing the massage, move the hands in the upper round direction around the breast. Do the same on the other sides also.

4Patience

Patience is the most important factor that helps you to regain your perfect figure after pregnancy. The woman does not find time to do exercise for herself post pregnancy and even her body does not allow to do work out. It will take lots of time to come back to the pre-pregnancy figure, so you need to keep patience during exercise. Try to find 10 to 15 minutes and start doing exercise and massage in a regular way.
