This 18 year old talented Tamilian Canadian actress was the star protagonist of the show Never Have I Ever on Netflix, Directed by fellow Indian American, Mindy Kaling. She is also number 14 for the most talked about actress in Australia, Canada, the UK and the US.
2. Sunita Mani
Sunita is an Indian American, born and raised in Tennessee. She started in two Major Netflix series, Broad City and The Good Place. She is now currently in the Netflix series Glow as the lead character which is about a troupe of female wrestlers in 1980’s Los Angeles.
3. Ritu Arya
British actress and percussionist Ritu Arya has starred in multiple hit Netflix series. Some of them include Sherlock, Last Christmas and Doctor Who. However, she became popular from her role in the Netflix Series Umbrella Academy. Her next project is in the movie Red Notice, a film starring Dwayne Johnson, Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds.
4. Tiya Sircar
The Texas Born Indian American has been landing roles actors can only dream of. She was one of the main leads in the Netflix show The Good Place. She also stared in popular projects including Master of None, The Vampire Diaries, and The Mindy Project. She currently voices Sabine Wren on Star Wars Rebels.
5. Taj Atwal
If you are Indian and you do not recognize her, then you are missing out on a lot because the British audience will recognize Taj Atwal anywhere. The British American actress stared in shows including Stella, which also won a BAFTA for Best Television Drama Series in 203.
