- Half cup rice
- 1 medium sized carrot

- Start by washing the rice under running water 2-3 times to ensure its completely clean
- Once done, set it aside in a big bowl

- Half cup rice
- 1 medium sized apple

- Start by washing the rice thoroughly and draining the excess liquid and keep it on the side

- Half cup oats
- 3 tbsp of grated apple
- 1 almond grated
- 2 seedless dates chopped

- Take 3 tbsp out of the grated apple into a bowl
- To that, grate one almond as well
- Deseed your dates and then chop it into small pieces
- For the oats, start the gas and place deep bottomed vessels on it
